Chris is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience providing individual and group therapy across outpatient and community-based settings. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, Chris provides trauma-informed care that blends structure with collaboration.
