Emily is a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience supporting individuals and families across healthcare, education, foster care, and private practice. She brings a calm, steady presence to therapy and is passionate about helping clients feel more grounded, capable, and connected in their lives.
Emily’s approach is person-centered, collaborative, and focused on meeting clients exactly where they are. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), goal setting, and strengths-based strategies to help clients understand themselves more fully and make meaningful progress. Whether supporting children, teens, or adults, she works to build trust and provide a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Emily earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University, with a specialization in Children and Families, and her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Western Connecticut State University. In addition to her clinical work, she has extensive experience in leadership roles—coordinating services, supervising staff, and collaborating across systems to ensure effective, compassionate care.
