Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood and empowered. Melissa's approach is grounded in empathy, cultural competence and trustworthiness, ensuring that each individual's unique experiences and values are respected throughout the therapeutic process.
Melissa works collaboratively with clients to explore challenges, build on strengths and develop practical strategies for growth and healing. Whether you are navigating life transitions, managing stress, addressing mental health concerns, or working toward personal goals, she strives to provide a nonjudgemental space where meaningful change can occur.
Additionally, she is currently working towards certification as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Melissa's goal is to empower clients to not only overcome obstacles but also thrive in alignment with their authentic selves.

Melissa earned her Master’s in Counseling and Human Services from Post University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Post University. Melissa has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals and families pursuing recovery from both mental health and substance use.
