Rachel Wainwright is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative space where children, adolescents, and adults feel heard, understood, and valued. She brings a calm, steady presence to therapy and helps clients feel more grounded as they navigate life’s challenges.

Rachel approaches therapy from a warm, person-centered perspective, meeting clients where they are and working alongside them at a pace that feels comfortable. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based strategies to support clients in building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening emotional regulation.

Rachel works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, autism spectrum-related challenges, and life transitions. She is committed to providing a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions while building confidence, stability, and resilience.

Education & Clinical Background

Rachel earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University, where she also completed the Specialized Practice Certificate in Crisis & Resilience. She has experience supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs, which informs her calm, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy.
