Our Approach

At Mountain Laurel Wellness, we value an integrative and evidence-based approach to therapy. Our clinicians utilize modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to support healing and growth.

We believe strong therapeutic relationships, ongoing learning, and clinician well-being are essential to effective care.
